Who we are

This site is run by Big Bodega Cards, doing business as Big Bodegas Breaks, PO Box 16, Jersey City, NJ 07302. "We", "us" and "our" mean Big Bodegas Breaks. By using bigbodegasbreaks.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Our store

We sell sealed hobby boxes and cases, graded single cards and Big Bodegas Breaks merch. Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate.

Products and photos

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Graded cards are sold as graded by the grading company shown on the slab, and we don't re-grade or guarantee a grade. Many of our singles are one of a kind, so once they sell they're gone.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Make an Offer

Some singles let you make an offer instead of paying the listed price. We can accept, counter or decline any offer. When we accept an offer, you have 24 hours to complete the purchase, or the accepted offer lapses.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Returns and shipping

Our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Live breaks

Live breaks on Fanatics Live are covered by our Break Policy and by Fanatics Live's own terms.

Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can be ended or changed at any time. A code limited to one use per customer means one use per person, not per email address.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no trying to break in, no fake orders. The Big Bodegas Breaks name, logo, photos and designs belong to us, and you can't use them without our permission.

Liability

We sell trading cards and collectibles as described. What's inside sealed product is random and decided by the manufacturer, and card values go up and down. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
